Little Red Beanie

Hello all you lovely people,

I hope your Chinese New Year Week has gone well! I know mine has! I've been lazing in bed doing absolutely nothing other than watch movies (the help, puss in boots, the flowers of war) and reading magazines! (Check out Taylor Swift on this month's Vogue! I <3 her!) I finally got out of bed today...

 To watch the movie The Flowers of War, It's an amazing and touching film about Japanese Invasion during the Nanjing Massacre. It's a story of heroism found in rare forms, in the hearts of young school girls and redeems the reputation of courtesans. It's really beautifully filmed and for those fashion fanatics out there, i must say, the courtesan cheongsam's are absolutely breathtaking. The whole exotic chinese fans, robes and jewels were so intricate and exciting in the cellar of the church. (to understand me, you have to watch it! :D) 

Anyways! Here are some photos my first outfit out of bed! Hahha after days in my P.Js, I didn't want to wear anything too jarring, hence my comfy skinny jeans, sweater + platform boots! And of course, to shield the bed hair; a lovely red beanie!
